Service Agreement
When you request service through our website or phone, we’ll provide a quote or estimate. Work begins only after you confirm the details and accept the quote in writing or verbally.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed upfront. Final costs may vary slightly due to unforeseen issues discovered during service. We’ll contact you immediately if changes are needed before proceeding.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee to cover technician time.
Service Guarantee
We stand by our work. If you’re not satisfied with a completed job, contact us within 30 days—we’ll fix it at no extra cost. Our goal is your peace of mind.
Responsibilities of the Customer
Please ensure access to the work area and provide clear instructions. If obstructions prevent us from completing work, additional fees may apply for re-scheduling.
Liability
Century Plumbers is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or unforeseeable events. We carry insurance to cover accidental damage during service.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Century Plumbers and may not be used without permission.
Disputes and Governing Law
Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they’ll be settled in the local courts of the service area where the work was performed.
Changes to Terms
